With more than 20 years’ experience in learning and development, I’ve worked with organisations to develop leadership capability, design impactful learning experiences and support meaningful organisational change. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with leaders at every level to help them build confidence, navigate change and achieve lasting results.
Before launching my consultancy, I was Head of Learning & Development at Sumo Digital, one of the UK’s leading video games companies. Working in a fast-paced, creative and commercially driven organisation gave me first-hand experience of the realities of leadership. From developing future leaders and supporting organisational growth to creating learning strategies and leading transformational initiatives, I understand the challenges leaders face because I’ve experienced them myself.
